  Absolutely the worst customer service out there. They will do and say anything to get out of a warrenty on there batteries. Yell and cuss at the customer, rather than just taking care of them and make sure there a repeat customer. Its pathetic. Dont buy interstate battieres if you want a good one or good customer service on the warrenty program. They will screw you. I didnt even want them to warrenty me a brand new one i would have been ok with a refirbished one. But instead they would rather fight with me and lose a frequent loyal customer. I use to tell everyone i know to come here and get batteries. I will make sure they know not to buy interstate. They dont really warrenty anything.
